Using the Options Key
The Options key changes the settings for paper type, print size and colour enhancement. These
options will be displayed in the order of the chart below.
Press Options.

COLOUR ENHANCE

Press Options.

to select PAPER TYPE, PRINT SIZE or COLOUR ENHANCE, and press
Set.
If you selected the PAPER TYPE:
If you use premium paper, the copy quality will be improved. For best results, we
recommended using Brother specials paper.

or
to select the type of paper you are using (PLAIN, INK JET, GLOSSY,
PHOTO or TRNSPRNCY), and press Set.
Brother coated paper is ink jet paper.
If you are using non-Brother ink jet paper or Brother coated paper select
INK JET .
