Document Jam inside back of control panel.

Remove any paper from the
ADF that is not jammed.

Lift the control panel cover.
3
Pull the jammed document out
toward the back of the MFC.
4
Close the control panel cover.
Printer Jam or Paper Jam
Remove the jammed paper depending on where it is jammed in the MFC.
Paper is jammed in the multi-purpose sheet feeder.

Remove any paper from the
multi-purpose Sheet Feeder
that is not jammed.

Pull the jammed paper upward
and remove it.
Paper is jammed inside the MFC.

Open the control panel cover
by pulling it toward you, then
lift the top cover toward the
back.

Remove the jammed paper.
3
Close the control panel cover
and top cover.
