Installing an M.2 card
Follow the steps below to install an optional M.2 card on your motherboard.
1.
Locate the M.2 connector on your
motherboard and unfasten the screw for
your M.2 card.
2.
Align and insert the M.2 card into the M.2
connector of your motherboard.
3.
Replace the screw you removed earlier.
If you install the M.2 card in a node, its corresponding HDD3 front panel node becomes
invalid. This is because the M.2 slot occupies each node on the SATA port of HDD3. Refer
to page 1-7 for the location of each node's HDD3. .
