show storm-control Field Descriptions
Description
Displays the ID of the interface.
Displays the status of the filter:
Blocking—Storm control is enabled, and a storm has occurred.

Forwarding—Storm control is enabled, and no storms have occurred.
•
Inactive—Storm control is disabled.
Displays the rising suppression level as a percentage of total available
bandwidth or in packets per second.
Displays the falling suppression level as a percentage of total available
bandwidth or in packets per second.
Displays the bandwidth utilization of broadcast traffic or the specified traffic
type (broadcast, multicast, or unicast) as a percentage of total available
bandwidth or in packets per second. If storm control is disabled, this field
displays N/A (not applicable).
Description
Configures the broadcast, the multicast, or the unicast storm control with the
specified suppression level.
