3. Remove the dipstick and check that the oil is between
the upper and lower levels. If not, add oil to the upper
level.

Drive chain oil: GL-3
75W or 80W
È For models without reverse transmissions
(RX10/RX10M/RX10MS)
É For models with reverse transmissions
(RX10R/RX10RS/RXW10/RXW10S)
CAUTION :

Make sure that no foreign material enters the drive
chain housing.

4. Install the dipstick and align the notch 4 of the dip-
stick handle with the projection 5 of the drive chain
housing.
Chain tension adjustment
1. Loosen the locknut.
2. Turn the adjusting bolt clockwise until it is finger tight,
and then loosen it 1/4 turn.
3. Hold the adjusting bolt in place while tightening the
locknut.
