For the latest supported models, contact your reseller. Each brand and type of headset may require different steps for connection.

    • Save Session to Device: Choose this option to save the current unapplied configuration as a file on the UC 320W. Enter a Description, and then click Backup/Save Session. You can restore this session by using the Restore / Load Session link.

    Load. All connected devices will reboot, and the system will restart in initial setup mode. Log in with the default username, cisco, and the default password, cisco. Advance through each task step by step. Be sure to apply your configuration or save your session before closing the configuration utility.

    • Load applied configuration from the device: Choose this option to reload the currently applied configuration from the UC 320W into the configuration utility for editing. You can use this option as an “undo” procedure when you have been editing your configuration but want to abandon your unapplied changes.
