User administration, continued
Deactivating a user account
Follow these steps in order to deactivate a user account:
Always keep at least one user with ADMIN rights
Active.
1. Click the name of an existing user to open the Editing
user window.
2. Set the Status to Inactive.
3. Click
Update User
to save the changes.
Use the
Back
button to leave without making any
changes.
Deleting a user account
Follow these steps in order to delete a user account:
It is not possible to delete the default admin user.
There must always be at least one user with ADMIN
rights on the system.
1. Click the name of an existing user to open the Editing
user window.
2. Click
Delete <user name>...
and confirm when prompted.
