Transfer Call to Voice Mail

NOTE: You must have an active voice mail account for this feature to work.
Step 1
During an incoming call, press the Divert soft key to
send the call directly to voice mail.

Transfer a Call to another User's Voice Mail

Step 1
During an active call, press the
button on the phone.
The call is placed on hold.
Step 2
Dial #8, then the user's 4 digit UW-Whitewater
extension.
The call will now be transferred directly to the new
user's voice mail box.
