Tighten the top and bottom captive screws
Always tighten the captive screws on each Cisco uBR10-SRP- OC12SML DPT WAN line card.
Caution
These screws prevent accidental removal and provide proper grounding for electromagnetic
interference (EMI) shielding.
When fully inserted, the line card cycles through its power-on self-test. The Maintenance LED stays on
briefly (about 5 to 6 seconds) and then shuts off. If the Maintenance LED remains on or is flashing, see

For short distances (less than 15 km) an attenuator must be added to the cable configuration for the
