Purpose
Configures the following switchport modes for the
selected slot and port or range of ports:
• access
• trunk
Configures the switch interface in monitor mode.
To configure an interface to be an ERSPAN or
SPAN destination (using the destination interface
ethernet interface command), it must first be
configured in monitor mode.
Clears the configuration of the specified ERSPAN
session. The new session configuration is added to
the existing session configuration.
Configures an ERSPAN destination session.
Configures a description for the session. By default,
no description is defined. The description can be
up to 32 alphanumeric characters.
Configures the source IP address in the ERSPAN
session. Only one source IP address is supported
per ERSPAN destination session.
This IP address must match the destination IP
address configured in the corresponding ERSPAN
source session.
Configures a destination for copied source packets.
You can configure only interfaces as a destination.
