Configuring Gateway Settings
Function
Octet 5 is used to hold information representing
coding values for parameterized facilities.
The octet contains eight bits numbered from 1 to
8 and from right to left, so that Bit 1 is rightmost
and Bit 8 is leftmost.
The bits contain values representing the following
functions:
Bits 1-7 represents the parameterized field

coding value.
Bit 8 is for future use.
