Using Shared Lines
You can use a shared line if you are sharing call-handling tasks with co-workers using a
single one phone number. This feature may not be available to you and must be configured
on your phone.

NOTE: Some features may not be
available on your phone screen; these
must be enabled by your phone
administrator.

Then...
Contact your phone administrator. Incoming calls
will ring all phones that share the line, and the line
button on each phone flashes red.
When a shared line is in use, the line button on the
other phones that share the line are solid red. You
cannot make a call on a shared line that is in use.
