Tips on Using the Telepresence System
Welcome to the HUAWEI telepresence system! Used for
HD videoconferencing, the telepresence system enables
you to make eye contact and "shake hands" with remote
conference participants.
The following models of the telepresence system are
available: TP3106, TP3118, and TP3118S. Each differs
in seat layout, but they provide the same functions. This
Quick Guide uses the TP3106 as an example.
The semi-circular table is designed to integrate with
a remote table. The telepresence system offers a
comfortable conference environment, and provides an
authentic and smooth meeting experience.
A telepresence room can also be used to hold local
conferences as an ordinary conference room. During
conferences, you can operate the touch panel and
view presentations.
It is recommended that you read the following tips
before using the telepresence system:
• To ensure that the video of primary participants is
clearly and completely displayed, arrange them to
sit in the middle and keep the seats relatively still.
• Unless necessary, do not adjust or power off devices,
including network devices and the camera.
• Use minimal force for touch panel operations and
ensure that the touch panel remains dry.
