Inserting direction Insert the check with the surface and endorsement printed with the magnetic ink printing downward, following the table guide. Endorsement printing can be performed continuously after check reading. In this case, the print starting position is point A in the illustration below.

OK to use Use carefully OK to use Do not use Paper feed direction Glued area Since the BOF sensor uses a photo sensor, do not use paper that has holes at the sensor position or is translucent. Since the TOF sensor uses a reflective photo sensor and it detects from the back of slip paper, do not use paper that has holes or dark portions with low reflection (less than 40% reflection) at the sensor position.
If you insert the slip paper beyond the form stopper, the slip paper may be ejected. Do not print on slip paper in the reverse paper feed direction.
