Record Product Serial Numbers
If the set-top requires troubleshooting in the future, your service provider may ask for the serial number of the
set-top.
The set-top serial number label is on the back panel above the video and audio connectors; the serial number
begins with "STB SN" and is located in the upper left corner of the bar code.
