Starting the Engine
Note: Fully insert the key to start the engine. Turning the
key to the middle position does not start the engine.

Engaging the Auger
Disengaging the Auger
To disengage the auger, release the auger lever.
Self-Propelling the Machine
To operate the self-propel drive, simply walk with your hands
on the upper handle and your elbows at your sides, and the
machine automatically keeps pace with you
Note: You can self-propel the machine with the auger
engaged or disengaged.
Shutting Off the Engine
To shut off the engine, remove the key from the ignition or
move the key to the middle position.
