Operation
This product emits exhaust gases which
contain carbon monoxide, a colorless,
odorless gas which could cause brain
damage or death when inhaled. Symp-
toms include nausea, dizziness, and
drowsiness. Keep cockpit and cabin ar-
eas well ventilated. Avoid blocking ex-
haust outlets.

Sending fuel (portable tank)
1.
To loosen the air vent screw, turn it coun-
terclockwise until it stops.

Check the direction of the fuel hose.
Make sure that the arrow of the primer
pump points toward the outboard motor.

Align the fuel joint on the fuel hose with
the fuel joint on the outboard motor and
firmly connect the fuel hose to the joint
while pinching the joint.

Firmly connect the other end of the fuel
hose to the joint on the fuel tank.

Wipe up any spilled gasoline immediate-
ly with dry rags.
TIP:
Dispose of rags properly according to local
laws or regulations.

Squeeze the primer pump, with the ar-
row pointing up, until you feel it become
firm. During engine operation, place the
tank horizontally, otherwise fuel cannot
be drawn from the fuel tank.
