1. Setup and Operation TV Controls Re mote Control Sleep Timer. Turns off the TV after the length of time you set. Press SLEEP repeatedly to increase the time from 15 minutes up to the maximum of 90 minutes. To cancel the timer, press SLEEP again to highlight Off.

To connect a device’s DVI output to the TV’s HDMI input, use an HDMI-to-DVI adapter or cable plus an analog audio cable. Connect the analog audio cables to the DVI/PC AUDIO INPUT jacks on the TV to receive audio from your DVI device.

A/ V Receiver with HDMI Output Required: One HDMI-to-HDMI cable This option allows you to view content from devices connected to an A/V receiver. The A/V receiver can send audio and video to the TV over a single HDMI cable. You can use an HDMI connection as described here in addition to an audio connection from the TV’s audio output.

3. TV Menus Setup, continued Screen Saver When on, displays a randomly moving Mitsubishi logo after one minute without activity or a video signal. The logo reminds you that the TV is still on. Press ENTER to choose either On or Off. Timer The Timer tells the TV to power on automatically at a time you set.

Allow the lamp to cool for at least one hour before proceed- ing. After the lamp has cooled, remove the cover of the lamp compartment, located on the back of the TV.

You cannot program the TV to turn on automatically (Timer function) TV turned itself off. TV will not power off. Picture Symptom Picture does not look like a high-definition picture.
