- Page 3 6. Put in sample roll of Gap label media found in the box. Note: The printer is set to detect margins between labels out of factory. If you insert a continuous or black mark roll, the printer will spit out paper looking for a gap.
- Page 4 7. Shake the cartridge about 3-4 times. Insert the ink cartridge. 8. Turn the power ON.

Once you start an ink cartridge in the printer for the first time, please, leave the printer alone until the green power light stops flashing. Opening a door (ink or media) or turning the power on/off will restart this filling cycle.
