Validating the Prerequisites of an Upgrade to a New Software Version

Validates the ability to upgrade to a specified system version
Parameters:
This command runs the prerequisites validation script of the upgrade, and returns
its result.

Pre-upgrade or post-upgrade script cannot be invoked since an upgrade related
script is currently running
The specified upgrade type specified is incompatible with the kind of change
imposed by the new version's files
Troubleshooting: Specify the correct upgrade type
