Adding Users to a User Groups
Adds a user to a user group.
Parameters:
This command adds a user to a user group.
A user group can contain up to eight users.
A user may belong to only one user group.
Only users defined as Application Administrators can be assigned to a group.
This command fails when the user already belongs to the user group.
