- Page 11 ENGLISH BEFORE STARTING 1 Pull out the cord completely from the cord reel and connect to your electrical outlet. Please note: when rewinding the cord after cleaning is complete, secure the end of the cord with the cord retention hook on the back side of the handle or securely hold the plug in your hand as the cord rewind pedal is activated.
- Page 13 ENGLISH CLEANING WITH ATTACHMENTS 1 Remove the flexible hose and hose handle from the rear of the machine. 2 Attach it to any of the tools which are stored in the back of the machine. 3 The wand and crevice tool (stored behind the accessory hose), dusting brush and upholstery tool (stored behind the accessory door) can all be attached directly to the accessory hose cuff.
- Page 15 ENGLISH REPLACING THE DUST BAG CAUTION: Turn off the switch and unplug the electrical cord before servicing. 1 Remove the dust bag cover as shown. 2 Grasp bag collar and pull out. 3 Pull bag collar up to seal opening to prevent dust from escaping and dispose of bag.
- Page 17 ENGLISH REPLACING THE BRUSHROLL Replacing the brushroll CAUTION: Turn off the switch and unplug the electrical cord before servicing. 1 Remove the three screws that secure the base plate that covers the brushroll. 2 Lift out brush roll and carefully remove any entwined long fibers or hair with scissors.
