Configuring the Basic Interface Parameters
Purpose
Enters configuration mode.
Specifies an Ethernet interface to
configure, and enters interface
configuration mode.
Specifies the bandwidth as an
informational-only value between 1 and
10,000,000.
Displays the interface status, which
includes the bandwidth value.
Exits the interface mode.
(Optional) Copies the running
configuration to the startup configuration.
