Installing a USB driver
If you use a PC running Windows 98 Second Edition,
install a USB driver from the supplied CD-ROM.
The installation is not necessary for a PC running
Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 2000 Professional,
Windows XP Professional or Windows XP Home Edition.

Insert the supplied CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

Open the "wa-mp100_50" folder on the CD-ROM and
double-click "setup".

Install the driver following the on-screen instructions.
Click the "Next" button.
Click the "Yes" button.

Launch Windows Media
Player.

On the "Tools" menu, click
"Options..." and then "Copy
Music (Rip Music)", and
select "Copy protect music".

Click "OK".

Insert an audio CD into the
PC.

Click "Copy from CD (Rip)"
on the taskbar to show tracks
on the audio CD.

Select the check boxes of
tracks to rip.

Click "Copy Music (Rip
Music)" to start ripping.
Click the "Next" button.
