4. Slide the mounting slots on the back of the AP over the mounting posts on the mounting plate. The AP is securely attached when an audible click is heard.
5. Tighten the mount plate security screw.
Attaching grounding strap
If the AP is installed outdoors and exposed to the elements, it should be properly grounded to prevent damage to the unit, connected networking equipment, and
the mounting structure.
1. Thread grounding wire into the grounding strap saddle
2. Using a crimper attach the ground wire to the grounding strap
