    Opening Files Opening a whiteboard file / overlay board file 1. Touch “Open” in the menu. 2. Select the file opening method. “New”: Create a new board. (Does not open a file.) “Open as a new file”: Open data as a new file. “Add to the current sheet”: Add data to the current sheet.

    Drawing with a Pen 1. Touch one of “Pen 1” to “Pen 3” in the menu. 2. Draw on the board with the touch pen. The drawn shape will be determined as an object 0.5 second* after you lift the touch pen from the board. If you start drawing another object within 0.5 second* after you lift the touch pen from the board, the drawn shapes will be determined to be a single object even though they are separate.
  • Page 29 n Changing the color and width of the pen If you touch the icon of the selected “Pen 1” to “Pen 3” again, the type, color, and width settings menu will appear. TIPS • When Color Universal Design (page 56) is “Enable”, the line colors and widths that can be set change to colors and widths that are clearly visible.

    • An object drawn with the pen function cannot be erased if it is part of a group. • If “Automatically Find Eraser” is set (page 58) and “Pen 1” to “Pen 3” or “Eraser” is selected on the PN-L series/PN-C series (excluding PN-65SC1/PN-C651B), you can erase with the eraser.

    Drawing shapes You can draw shapes such as circles, rectangles and triangles. 1. Touch “Drawing Object” in the menu. The figure or line / arrow settings menu appears. When a figure is selected, the figure settings menu appears. 2. Drag on the board to draw the shape. The line shape is drawn in the area specified by dragging.

    Customizing the Settings You can customize various settings of this software. The settings are the same in both whiteboard mode and overlay mode. However, the contents of the screen will vary depending on which mode is started. TIPS • If “Share software settings with all users” is selected during installation, the settings will be the same for all users. 1.
