If your computer goes into Standby mode, the
connection to SBC DSL may be lost. You must
restart your computer to reenable the DSL
connection. To ensure the DSL connection
remains stable, we recommend that you disable
the standby mode of your computer by going into
the Power Management area of Control Panel and
disabling Standby.
1. Select Start / Settings / Control Panel.
2. Double-click on the Power Management A Icon.
3. Click on Power Schemes.
4. Select the Always On option.
5. Click OK.
