Converting the Signal Format You can convert the video signal format input from the XC- • The external synchronization is not performed when the 7500/8500CE camera module. unit outputs the signal in the VGA/S VGA format. The The output mode is set with the OUTPUT SEL switch on external synchronization is automatically switched to the the front panel.
Converting the Signal Format Normal Mode The XC-7500/8500CE Camera Module continues outputting the video signal, and the unit repeats writing/reading. The video output of the XC-7500/8500CE is not synchronized with that of the unit. You cannot set whether the video output is performed in the V1 or V2 when outputting the EIA/CCIR signal which is corresponding to the 2:1 interlace.
INT Mode Sends the constant cyclical (2V) trigger pulse for E-DONPISHA to the XC-7500/8500CE camera module. The unit outputs the updated video in every 1/30 sec. (EIA format) or 1/25 sec. (CCIR format). Set the TRIG switch on the front panel to INT. In this mode, the video signal of the unit sets the field secured.
Converting the Signal Format Note EXT Mode Make sure to input the external trigger pulse to the TRIG IN connector. Sends the trigger pulse with the external trigger pulse for E- The WEN falling edge timing may not reflect the output DONPISHA from this unit to the XC-7500/8500CE camera timing of the image updated in the previous trigger.
Shutter Speed Setting in the E-DONPISHA Mode The shutter speed in the E-DONPISHA mode can be set with this unit. The following four modes are supported; the normal speed, HIGH-SPEED, MIDDLE-SPEED, or trigger through mode. Also, you can set the shutter speed in the same way of the camera module setting. Available Shutter Speed Settings Mode Shutter speed (Sec.)
Shutter Speed Setting in the E-DONPISHA Mode HIGH-SPEED Mode MIDDLE-SPEED Mode Generates the exact width of the trigger pulse (60 to 90 µs) Generates the exact width of the trigger pulse (100 µs to with the external trigger pulse, and outputs it to the camera 16.8 ms) with the external trigger pulse, and outputs it to the module to perform the correct high speed shutter.
