    1. DESCRIPTION The S1F77B01 is a CMOS detector that runs at superlow consumption current 350nA (Typ.). The detecting voltage can be selected in the range from 1.5V to 4.6V which is set to high accuracy ±2.0% in 0.1V steps. The power voltage is allowable in the range of low voltage 0.9 to 5.5V.
