    DIAGNOSTIC TEST 1. This TEST should be used for Factory test /Service test. Do not use this DIAGNOSTIC TEST other than specified. 2. Activating the Heater manually with the Door open may trip the Thermostat attached to the Heater, therefore do not activate it manually.

    DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Disassemble and repair the unit only after pulling out power plug from the outlet. WARNING ! TOP PLATE When you disassemble the top plate, be sure to take gloves and careful plate’s edge. Failure to do so can cause serious injury.
  • Page 35 PANEL DRAWER ASSEMBLY After pulling out the drawer, lift out the water tank. Remove 2 screws on the control panel.
  • Page 36 CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY WARNING ! When you disassemble the control panel, be sure to take gloves and careful panel frame’s edge. Failure to do so can cause serious injury. Remove 1 screw on the control panel frame. Disconnect the connectors. Pull the control panel assembly upward and then forward.
  • Page 37 COVER CABINET WARNING ! When you disassemble the door switch connector, be sure to take gloves and careful cabinet edge. Failure to do so can cause serious injury. Disassemble the top plate. Disassemble the control panel assembly. Disassemble the door assembly. Remove 2 screws.
  • Page 38 GUIDE ASM Remove 2 screws on the frame body. Push the Guide ASM to the back side and then lift it. Separate hoses from the pump and generator. Lift a pump and a generator up.
