Symptom A message appears indicating that Bluetooth accessory cannot be found. The message “The server does not respond” or “A modem cannot be found” appears, and communication is not possible. HotSync operation problems Symptom A HotSync operation cannot be performed. Cause/Remedy •Ensure that the task tray on your Windows computer display and that HotSync Manager is running. To make sure it is running, click icon. If a menu appears, it is running.

Internet Connection problems Symptom Communication is not stable. You cannot access the Internet. Cause/Remedy Radio wave conditions or telephone circuit conditions may not be good. Check the bars showing the reception field intensity on the cellular phone. If a minimum of two bars is not displayed steadily, try to access the Internet again after waiting for a while.
