    If it appears that the hardware installed in this computer is not operating properly, you can use the PC-Diagnostic Utility to determine whether or not there is a problem. If the utility discovers a problem in the hardware, contact Panasonic Technical Support. Software cannot be checked using this utility.
  • Page 30 Connect the AC adaptor, and turn on the wireless switch. During the diagnostic check, do not remove the AC adaptor, or attach any peripheral devices. Turn on or restart the computer, and press while [Panasonic] boot screen is dis- played. The Setup Utility starts up.
  • Page 31 If the display is red and the message “Check Result TEST FAILED” is displayed, you can assume that there is a problem with the computer’s hardware. Confi rm which hardware component is displayed as red, and contact Panasonic Technical Support. If the display is green and the message “Check Result TEST PASSED” is displayed, the computer’s hardware is operating normally.
