MICROWAVE OVEN SAFETY Your safety and the safety of others are very important. We have provided many important safety messages in this manual and on your appliance. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS To reduce the risk of fire in the oven cavity: – Do not overcook food. Carefully attend the microwave oven when paper, plastic, or other combustible materials are placed inside the oven to facilitate cooking. – Remove wire twist-ties from paper or plastic bags before placing bag in oven.

Add Minute The ADD MINUTE pad starts the microwave oven for 1 minute at 100% power. More cook time may be added in 1-minute increments by touching ADD MINUTE repeatedly. The Add Minute function may be used only when no other function is operating.

Defrosting The Auto Defrost feature has preset times and cook powers for 3 categories: Meat, Poultry and Fish. It should not be used for food left outside the freezer for more than 20 minutes, or for frozen ready-made food. The Auto Defrost feature’s preset programs can be used or the microwave oven can be manually set to defrost.
