DU1A WRITING NEW PROGRAM TO FLASH MEMORY A new version of the system program may be supplied from time to time in order to improve the functionality and performance of the control unit. The DU1A control unit, key and pedal drive unit, key sensor unit, and MN-PS unit each incorporate a separate CPU, with each unit running under the control of a dedicated program.

DU1A ERROR MESSAGES While operating your Disklavier an error message may appear in the display. If an error message appears, refer to the table below for an explanation of the message. Note: This table does not explain every error message. PianoSoft songs are write-protected and cannot be re-recorded.

DU1A In order to be copied, the destination disk must be the same format as the floppy disk. You must select the track you want to record before recording. Only E-SEQ files can be recorded onto an E-SEQ type disk. The disk may be damaged.

DU1A RESETTING YOUR DISKLAVIER If you want to return your Disklavier to its initial factory settings, follow the Reset function below. You can reset all settings, the Memory Disks, or both. PIANO MAINTENANCE PART YAMAHA DISKLAVIER-SILENT UPRIGHT PIANO DU1A Since Yamaha hybrid piano series were introduced into the market in 1987, there have been 2 service materials for each piano technicain (Maintenance hand books) and electronic technician (service manuals). The both materials are unified now and will be issued as new service manuals.
