Manual Structure Purpose of this manual This manual is the installation manual of the Upgrade Kit BKMA-U70XGI that is used to upgrade the Multi Access Video Disk Recorder MAV-70 to be equivalent to the MAV-70XGI. This manual is intended for use by the trained system and service engineers, and describes the information regarding installation. -

When the circuit board is replaced using the BKMA-U70XGI, the data that have been stored in the SY- 253 board must be downloaded and then be uploaded to the SY-253A board in order to transfer the data. -

Section 3 Checking Version Before upgrading the system using the BKMA-U70XGI, check that the versions of the respective option boards that are installed in the MAV-70XGI are all version 2.50 or higher. 3-1.
