INSTALLING THE BACKUP SOFTWARE Windows 1. Make sure the Toshiba Portable External Hard Drive is connected to the computer using the included USB cable. 2. On the desktop, double-click My Computer. 3. Double-click the icon for the Toshiba Portable External Hard Drive. - Page 5 (3) years from the date of original purchase when purchased new from Toshiba or a Toshiba authorized reseller in the United States of America, United States Territories, and Puerto Rico.
