    CLC 5100/4000 Product Overview The CLC 5100 is the successor model of the CLC 5000/5000+ with print speeds of up to 51 ppm. The CLC 4000 replaces the CLC 3900/3900+ with up to 40 ppm. Built with the same proven architecture as the CLC 5000, both models offer high speed, high image quality, and stable performance, which help to attain lower running costs.

    CLC 5100/4000 Service Guide Call Escalation Procedure Canon USA provides a time sensitive call escalation process for all authorized CLC 5100/4000 dealers. The Technical Support Center is the single point of entry for this process. Once a call is placed to the Technical Support Center and information is logged into the call management system, a case number will be assigned to the call.

    Service Guide. Warranty Administration Reduction Program (WARP) Dealers purchasing a CLC 5100/4000 will receive WARP credit during the month following their purchase. The credit will cover the dealer’s cost for defective parts with a dealer cost under $300 replaced during the term of the warranty.
