Before Operating 1. Check level of coolant in expansion tank. Coolant level should be between the marks on side of tank. Check Engine Oil The engine is shipped with 4 qt (3.8 l) of oil in the crankcase; however, level of oil must be checked before and after the engine is first started. -

The axle housing acts as the reservoir for the system. The Fill Fuel Tank transmission and axle housing are shipped from the factory with approximately 5 quarts (4.7 l) of SAE 10W-30 engine Danger oil. However, check level of transmission oil before engine is first started and daily thereafter. -
