This item allows you to set the front panel audio connector (AAFP) mode to legacy
AC'97 or high-definition audio depending on the audio standard that the front panel

This item allows you to enable or disable the audio LED in S3/S4/S5 mode.

M.2 and SATA Express Mode Configuration [SATA EXpress]

[SATA EXpress] SATA mode will be switched to SATA Express. M.2 can only support PCIE
