FUSE
1. Check:
Fuse holder continuity
No continuity → Check the fuse
holder leads.
Fuse holder lead continuity
No continuity → Replace.
Continuity → Check the fuse.
2. Check:
Fuse continuity
No continuity → Replace.
Fuse rating
Out of specification → Replace.
Fuse rating:
12 V - 10 A
WIRE HARNESS
1. Check:
Wire harness continuity
No continuity → Replace.
WIRE CONNECTIONS
1. Check:
Wire connections
Poor connections → Properly con-
nect.
STARTER RELAY
1. Check:
Starter relay condition
Out of specification → Replace.
Checking steps:
Connect the tester between the starter
relay terminals as shown.
Tester positive lead 1 →
Starter relay terminal
Tester negative lead 2 →
Starter relay terminal
Check that there is no continuity
between the starter relay terminals.
Connect
between the starter relay terminals.
