1 Specifications Introduction to CSTA MUX CSTA is a communication protocol used by CTI applications. KX-NS1000 and KX-NCP/KX-TDE series PBXs support only one CSTA connection at a time. CSTA MUX is software that allows two or more simultaneous CSTA connections with your PBX, which allows two or more CTI applications to be used at the same time.
