Replace IC101.
Does other function
name appear at FLD?
Reconnect it.
Refer to SMPS.
Refer to oscillator
Circuit.
Check DVD Reset Waveform.
Check IC101 Reset Waveform.
Check 5V line.
Check Power dection Circuit.
