    2.5.2 Installing a DDR2 DIMM Make sure to unplug the power supply before adding or removing DIMMs or other system components. Failure to do so may cause severe damage to both the motherboard and the components. Unlock a DDR2 DIMM socket DDR2 DIMM notch by pressing the retaining clips outward.

    Installing an optical drive and reinstalling the storage drive assembly Refer to the instructions in this section if you wish to install a new optical drive.
