    Loading Paper Your Artisan 700 Series has two paper trays. The main tray is for letter-size, legal- size, A4, or 8 10 inch paper. You can load up to 120 sheets of letter-size or A4 × plain paper in the main tray. When extended, the tray can hold up to 50 legal-size sheets.

    Checking the Ink Cartridge Status Your Artisan 700 Series will let you know when an ink cartridge is low or expended by displaying a message on its screen or on your computer. You cannot print or copy when an ink cartridge is expended even if the other cartridges are not expended.
