Connect the network cable — optional

Connect the display

NOTE: If you ordered your computer with a discrete graphics card, connect the display to the discrete graphics card.

Connect the power cable and press the power button

Finish operating system setup

1. Enable security and updates
   
   
2. Connect to your network
   
   NOTE: If you are connecting to a secured wireless network, enter the password for the wireless network access when prompted.
   
3. Sign in to your Microsoft account or create a local account

2. Connect to your network

3. Protect your computer
   

Ubuntu

Follow the instructions on the screen to finish setup.
