Symptom
1. Check the ECM circuit for continuity.
2. Check the ETV relay for continuity.
3. Check the charging system.
• Stator coil output peak voltage
• Stator coil resistance
• Rectifier regulator output peak voltage
Engine speed
• Rectifier regulator continuity
is limited
4. Check the fuse for continuity.
5. Check the battery voltage and specific
gravity.
6. Check the red (R) and black (B) power
supply circuit cables and leads for con-
tinuity.

throttle valve opening using the YDIS.
