To shutdown the device, use the shutdown command.

We recommend backing up the system configuration before shutting down.
Usage Guidelines
This command is obsolete in local management mode; use shutdown in chassis mode.
Example
This example shows how to enter chassis mode and shut the system down:
FP9300-A # scope chassis 1
FP9300-A /chassis # shutdown
This command will shutdown the chassis when committed
FP9300-A /chassis* # commit-buffer
Starting chassis shutdown. Monitor progress with the command "show fsm status"
System is safe to power off after "System halted." message is seen
FP9300-A /chassis #
Broadcast message from root@DOC-FP9300-A (Fri Apr 13 16:27:04 2018):
All shells being terminated due to system /sbin/shutdown
